This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines specific behaviors and activities that are prohibited when using M0X services.

1. Prohibited Actions

You may not use M0X to:

• Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of malicious code, malware, viruses, or any software intended to damage or disrupt systems.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from M0X proprietary software.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.

2. API Usage

If you are using our APIs (e.g., for model inference):

• You may not attempt to bypass rate limits or usage quotas.
• You may not use the API in a way that significantly degrades the performance of the service for others.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this AUP, including suspending or terminating your account and reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
